Having the ability to deal with everyday stressors and to be able to handle yourself well in stressful and demanding situations is called emotional resilience. This trait is our inner force and we have it from a young age and continue to develop it through our life. In other words it is your ability and agility to bounce back every time we experience failure and disappointment.

Feeling out of place and not being able to find an appropriate emotional and social response is something that many struggle with. Being overwhelmed with demands from your environment and unable to handle yours and other people’s feelings can be very frustrating and stressful.

This course addresses ways you can improve your emotional agility, confidence and acknowledge your feelings. Learn why we feel the way we do, and what you can do about it. How your environment and previous experiences affect you today and why feeling out of place is such a common occurrence as well as the ways to break away from it. Find your voice, improve your decision making process and learn how to put down boundaries. Find your path toward independence and feeling content. Learn to pick and choose good people, friends and a partner, as well as how to build your tribe, and your support system.

  • Length: 6 months

  • Weekly 60 minute sessions, one - on - one.
