Topics covered are the effects of trauma, understanding physical and emotional reactions, coping with yourself, who is at fault and who should apologise, coping with criticism, and breaking old habits. Learn to recognise how trauma affects your brain, get in control of your feelings and your reactions so that you can start living instead of surviving.
