Feeling out of place and not being able to find an appropriate emotional and social response is something that many struggle with. When you are young and bombarded with demands from your environment and unable to handle yours and other people’s feelings it can be very frustrating and overwhelming. It is difficult to find the right words to express yourself and this can affect your self esteem and confidence.
This course addresses ways you can improve your self-esteem, confidence and acknowledge your feelings. Learn why we feel the way that we do, and what you can do about it. How your environment and previous experiences affect you today and why feeling out of place is such a common occurrence as well as ways to break away from it. Find your own superpower and use it to find your voice, improve your decision making process and learn how to put down boundaries. Learn to pick and choose good friends and all the ways to build your squad!
